Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Group Functions in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure within the Group Functions area.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and compliance with organizational standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

7-12 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate or group functions environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) are preferred.
