Role Overview: You will be joining Task Source as a Technical IT Project Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of e-commerce website projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, managing project progress, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end management of e-commerce website projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, both internal and external. - Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Teamwork, Slack, and Basecamp to plan, track, and report on project activities. - Prepare project budgets for prospective customers based on their requirements. - Generate comprehensive project reports, including status updates, resource allocation, and risk assessment, to facilitate decision-making at various levels. - Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination within the project team, ensuring clear communication channels and timely task completion. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, handling e-commerce website projects with a team of project coordinators. - Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional team members to achieve project goals. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
