IT Program Management Associate Advisor

Position Overview

The role of the IT Program Manager will play a pivotal role to support leadership in achieving organizational objectives and driving business success. The IT Program Manager will play a critical role in demand creation, recruitment planning, and the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process for IT resources.

Additionally, this role will serve as a key advisor to the Leadership, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing workforce planning, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments

Responsibilities

Develop and refine job descriptions, skill matrices, and workforce planning strategies for IT roles to attract top talent.

Conduct market research data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive demand creation for IT solutions.

Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate screening, interviews, and selection, in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.

Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are efficiently integrated and equipped for success.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments, optimizing workflow efficiency.

Prepare concise reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing key insights and strategic recommendations.

Provide strategic counsel and business insights to the Leadership on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and measurable impact.

Develop and manage communications for board meetings, executive discussions, and external engagements.

Act as a liaison between the Leadership and other executives, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.

Manage special projects assigned by leadership, driving execution and impact.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness and overall business success.

Contribute to the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, and authorization frameworks.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Resource Planning, Onboarding and Talent acquisition as part of a mid to large sized GCC.

Strong ability to create demand, identify market needs, and drive IT hiring strategies.

Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, job description formulation, and onboarding processes.

Conduct financial analysis, optimize IT spending, and contribute to long-term resource planning.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset, with a detail-driven approach to problem-solving.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high standard for professional messaging.

Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth coordination among leadership and teams.

Assist in developing and refining the IT roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and future needs.

Identify potential risks in IT projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing mitigation strategies.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery excellence.

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and leverage automation tools to streamline operations.

Design training programs and mentorship initiatives to elevate the skills of IT teams and ensure alignment with evolving tech trends.

Lead change management efforts for IT transformations, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies and.

Collaborate with teams to improve IT service delivery, ensuring high satisfaction levels among users and stakeholders.

Keep track of industry trends, analyse competitor strategies, and recommend innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Establish rapid-response strategies for IT incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and effective resolution.

Drive collaboration between IT, HR, operations, and business units to align technology efforts with company-wide growth strategies.

Required Experience & Education:

8 to 11 years of professional experience.

Proven background in Workforce Management, Staffing, Onboarding, and Knowledge Transition.

Demonstrated expertise in Administrative and Operational excellence.

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
