This role provides counsel and advice to management on significant Infrastructure matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Serves as a project manager/Scrum master. This role works with teams of technical professionals to help timely delivery of new system capabilities, implement enhancements and support existing systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage small to large projects to delivery, with varying levels of complexity
- Manage scope, schedule, and resources to deliver the required capabilities on time and within budget while appropriately ensuring the business is ready and risks are mitigated
- Leads projects using a variety of methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
- Develops detailed project plans including cost, schedule, and resource requirements
- Proactively identifies risks and creates contingency/mitigation plans
- Identifies key stakeholders, gather needs, and implement appropriate stakeholder governance
- Completes projects/intake requests as needed
- Facilitates business decision making to ensure solutions align with strategy and can be sustained by Operations
- Champions organizations project management methodology, tools, and techniques
- Maintains all required project reporting including, Project Dashboard, status updates and any other ad-hoc requirements of program, minimum of monthly updates
- Ensures all project close activities are completed such as retrospectives or lessons learned
- Ensure transition plan to business as usual is documented, socialized, agreeable to stakeholders
- Assists technical teams adapt Agile methodologies

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Exemplary core project management skills including multiple aspects of the PMBOK .
- Experience managing Infrastructure specific projects
- Experience in the use of JIRA to manage projects, Epics and user stories maintaining collaboration with Agile partners
- Fluent Microsoft Office skills PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, etc.
- Demonstrated strong relationship building and team integration skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in uncertain and/ or ambiguous environments
- Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects
- Strong change leadership skills
- Able to work comfortably with management and functional leaders

Required Experience & Education:
- 11-13 Years of experience is required
- Batchelor degree or equivalent work experience required.
