IT Project Lead -1 plus year experience

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Lead with at least 1 year of experience in leading or coordinating IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), basic project management practices, and the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, testers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate between development, design, testing, and client teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings and prepare project status reports.
• Identify risks, delays, and escalate issues to senior management when required.
• Ensure project documentation (SRS, requirement gathering, reports) is properly maintained.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Support the team in resolving blockers and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) for task tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in IT project management or coordination.
• Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
