We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and communicative Telecaller to support our sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, introducing our web and app development services, and generating qualified leads through effective telephone communication.
Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers professionally are highly encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
Explain services clearly and confidently over the phone.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
Handle basic queries and provide accurate information
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic understanding of web and app development services
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Basic attitude and polite phone manners
Freshers are welcome to apply
