IT Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage IT projects efficiently while also supporting our business development team in creating proposals and pitching for new work. The individual will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day IT project activities.
• Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues where required.
• Maintain project documentation, proposals, and records for future reference.

Proposal & Pitch Support:

• Collaborate with business development and sales teams to draft project proposals.
• Conduct research and prepare content for client presentations.
• Create professional pitch decks to secure new projects.
• Assist in RFP/RFQ responses by aligning technical solutions with client needs.
• Present project capabilities and solutions to potential clients when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT services.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
