IT Program Manager

You are looking for a talented IT Program Manager to take the lead in enhancing efficiency across various IT operations teams, including Network Operations, Service Desk, Cloud Operations, and DevOps. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred) along with at least 8 years of experience in IT program/project management, particularly focusing on IT operations. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Kanban methodologies, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Jira is required. Experience in implementing Kanban systems, familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, as well as excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Kanban Practitioner would be highly desirable. Preferred skills for this role include experience in managing hybrid IT environments, a deep understanding of operational metrics, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other workflow management systems.
