Job Description

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on scalability, security, and real-time processing. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to design APIs, workflows, and transaction processing rules that align with compliance and operational requirements. It will be crucial for you to ensure adherence to Nacha, Fed, and card network standards. Additionally, you will define and monitor key performance metrics such as transaction success rates, processing speeds, and fraud detection to drive continuous platform improvements.
