Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

• Register and maintain presence across leading VMS portals (

  Coupa, Ariba, Beeline, Magnit, Fieldglass, etc.

  ).
• Ensure compliance submissions (insurance, certifications, diversity, tax, references) are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor, track, and respond to RFP/RFQ opportunities.
• Maintain internal playbook of VMS requirements by geography and vertical.

2. IT Procurement Advisory & MSP Firms

• Build and manage relationships with

  MSPs/advisory firms

  (e.g.,

  Allegis, Pontoon, Guidant, TAPFIN, KellyOCG

  ).
• Position the company as a vetted IT services partner within MSP programs.
• Track vendor inclusion cycles and proactively drive participation.
• Provide case studies, capability decks, and references tailored to MSP requirements.
• Report on opportunities and pipeline influenced by MSP/advisory engagement.

3. IT Research & Analyst Firms (Secondary Focus)

• Support analyst engagement through briefings and capability presentations.
• Submit client references and case studies for evaluations.
• Track analyst mentions and ensure visibility in relevant IT services reports.

4. Independent Review Firms (Secondary Focus)

• Maintain company presence on review platforms (

  Raven Intel, Clutch, GoodFirms, Gartner Peer Insights

  ).
• Drive verified client reviews and ratings to strengthen reputation.
• Monitor competitor ratings for benchmarking insights.

5. Cross-Channel Activities

• Work with Sales & Delivery to align bids with VMS/MSP requirements.
• Maintain KPI dashboards covering registrations, opportunities, reviews, and analyst mentions.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks for scaling procurement channel engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years experience in

  vendor management, procurement partnerships, or IT services sourcing

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  VMS platforms

  (Coupa, Ariba, Beeline, Magnit, Fieldglass).
• Familiarity with

  MSP/advisory ecosystems

  (Allegis, Pontoon, Guidant, KellyOCG, TAPFIN).
• Exposure to

  IT analyst/research firms

  (Gartner, TEC, Forrester) and review platforms (Clutch, Raven Intel).
• Strong skills in compliance management, procurement documentation, and partner engagement.
• Ability to report channel impact and deliverables clearly to senior management.
