IT Process Manager/Coordinator

As a Process Manager/Coordinator at our company, your role will involve overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of client interviews, technical assessments, and pre-sales evaluations. You will be required to understand and analyze client job descriptions, translate them into actionable insights for the development teams, and identify internal technical resources matching client requirements. Working closely with the proposal and sales team, you will schedule and facilitate client interviews, prepare internal developers for client-facing interviews, and ensure timely delivery of small-scale POCs, demos, and sample code. Additionally, you will supervise the preparation of technical and functional documentation, lead transcription and analysis of audio content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
