IT Process Manager/Coordinator

Job Title - Process Manager/ Coordinator
Location - Bhopal (WFO)
Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday)
Shift Timings - 6:00pm to 3:30am IST {Permanent night shifts}

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of client interviews, technical assessments, and pre-sales evaluations.
• Understand and analyze client job descriptions and translate them into actionable insights for the development teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and map internal technical resources to appropriate client requirements and project needs.
• Work closely with the proposal and sales team to schedule and facilitate client interviews.
• Prepare internal developers for client-facing interviews through thorough briefings and mock interview sessions.
• Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of small-scale POCs, demos, and sample code.
• Supervise and enhance the preparation of technical and functional documentation including user stories, use cases, solution overviews, and client-specific briefs.
• Lead transcription and analysis of audio content (US-accented), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal standards.
