Job Description

As a Process Manager/Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of client interviews, technical assessments, and pre-sales evaluations. Your role will involve understanding and analyzing client job descriptions, translating them into actionable insights for the development teams, and identifying internal technical resources to meet client requirements. You will work closely with the proposal and sales team to schedule and facilitate client interviews and prepare internal developers for client-facing interviews through thorough briefings and mock interview sessions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of small-scale POCs, demos, and sample code - Supervising and enhancing the preparation of technical and functional documentation, including user stories, use cases, solution overviews, and client-specific briefs - Leading transcription and analysis of audio content (US-accented), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal standards As part of our team, you will benefit from a competitive salary and comprehensive healthcare insurance.
