Job Description

Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics Communication). 3-5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of successful cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and related technologies. Experience managing private IT tenders and vendor relationships. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a hunter mentality. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and other lead generation strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Pre-Sales Activities: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations showcasing our IT solutions and software offerings. Tender Management (Private): Manage the complete lifecycle of private IT tenders, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to obtain necessary information and ensure competitive pricing for tender submissions. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Meeting Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, delivering effective presentations and addressing their technical and business requirements. Negotiation Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities. Software IT Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and related technologies. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including lead generation, sales pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
