Role Summary

IT PMO Engg will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing application development and implementation projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of application solutions that meet business requirements and co-ordination between internal and external team

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of application-related projects (ERP, CRM, MES, etc.).
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist in preparing project documentation (scope, timelines, risk assessments, status reports).
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and quality standards.
• Participate in user training and post-implementation support activities.
• Track and report project KPIs and maintain dashboards for visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired Experience Level

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or application support.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
