Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Create and manage detailed project plans. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Agile Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, including UAT, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and status reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in both business analysis and project management within software development environments. Strong understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio , and Excel . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
