IT Placement Officer - Female

The IT Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with IT companies to secure placement and internship opportunities for students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain partnerships with IT companies, software firms, and tech startups for placement and internship opportunities. Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry connect sessions. Guide and counsel students on career choices, interview preparation, and professional development. Track placement records, prepare reports, and analyze placement statistics. Work with faculty and training partners to design and implement employability skills programs (aptitude, coding tests, soft skills, etc.). Handle communication between students, companies, and the institution regarding placement processes. Ensure timely collection and verification of student profiles, resumes, and relevant documentation. Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging skills demand, and hiring patterns. Facilitate pre-placement talks, technical tests, group discussions, and interviews during placement drives. Ensure high student placement conversion rates through proactive employer engagement and student readiness programs.
