Senior Java Developer/ Trainer

As a Senior Software Engineer at the Training Division, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all training activities, including regular training programs, campus programs, and student projects. You will be directly involved in technical counseling, conducting classes, supervising, evaluating, and mentoring junior trainees. Your deep knowledge in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring5, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, and Servlet will be essential for this role. Ideally, you should have 1.5 to 3 years of experience and hold a degree in B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CS), or M.Tech. Additional experience in project development or academic project development is a plus but not mandatory. The job is full-time and permanent, based in Kochi. The role requires you to work in-person during day shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a total of at least 1 year of work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Java, is required.
