Through our mobile polyclinics and AI-enabled cancer screening vans, we are using innovation and technology to bridge healthcare access gaps across urban, peri-urban, and rural India.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic IT & Outreach Coordinator to manage basic IT operations for our mobile healthcare infrastructure and lead community outreach activities. This is a hybrid role combining technical coordination and field engagement, ideal for someone with both IT acumen and grassroots experience.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Coordination
Act as the liaison between HWRF and IT vendors.Support the functioning of:EMR software (hosted on Microsoft Azure)Fleet management tools (e.g., Fleetx)Workforce scheduling software (e.g., Leadsquared)Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in mobile units.Ensure digital medical equipment is operational (mammography, dental X-rays, diagnostics).Manage SIM cards, internet provisioning, and tech compliance.
Outreach & Community Engagement
Organize and implement awareness campaigns in identified clusters.Engage with community leaders, NGOs, ASHA workers, and local government bodies.Coordinate patient communication, feedback collection, and onsite administration during camps.Distribute educational materials and manage queue systems during health camps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications is preferred with some field related experience.3–4 years of work experience in IT support with some field related experience.Strong communication and coordination skills.Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork.Basic understanding of cloud-based tools, networking, and mobile tech operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
