IT Operations Specialist (with Networking & DevOps Knowledge)

We’re a fast-growing start-up in the gaming industry, building high-performance, real-time platforms. To keep things running seamlessly, we need an IT Operations Specialist — someone who ensures that systems, networks, and applications stay reliable, secure, and always-on.
This role goes beyond IT support. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, from system reliability and user management to procurement and process improvements, while also contributing to automation and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth IT operations across desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud systems.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents (remote & on-site).
• Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access controls.
• Support and optimize cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Teams, and other SaaS tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure monitoring & basic automation (DevOps exposure).
• Handle IT procurement (hardware, software, networking equipment, licenses).
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and process documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure stable deployments & high uptime.
• Continuously improve IT systems for reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years in IT Operations / System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and hardware.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, monitoring solutions).
• Ability to manage IT procurement & vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Independent worker who takes ownership and thrives in a hybrid team setup.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and IT compliance.
• Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, MCSA, Azure/AWS/GCP certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
