Role Overview

We are hiring a senior leader to head our IT Services vertical, responsible for sales growth,

service delivery, operations, and team leadership for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Own IT services revenue, delivery, and operational strategy

 Drive sales for custom software, web, cloud, AI, data, and support services

 Manage delivery teams, project managers, and technical leadership

 Establish robust processes, project governance, and quality control

 Act as a trusted advisor to US clients for long-term engagements

 Ensure on-time delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

 10+ years in IT services leadership roles

 Strong experience selling IT solutions to US clients

 Proven track record of handling large-scale delivery & operations

 Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and enterprise IT environments

 Strong commercial, operational, and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
