Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot

• Ensure uptime and performance of IT systems across all locations.

• IT Security & Compliance:

• Implement and manage

  firewalls

  ,

  endpoint security

  , and

  data protection measures

  .
• Monitor and enforce IT security policies across all offices.

• Security & Access Control:

• Manage

  CCTV systems

  ,

  biometric access

  , and

  guest room access controls

  .

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with project teams for IT requirements and deployments.

• Asset & Vendor Management:

• Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware/software.
• Liaise with vendors for service and support.

• Project Support:

• Provide IT support for new office setups and project-specific requirements.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain IT documentation, ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  5+ years in IT management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)

• Servers and storage systems

• Printers and peripheral devices

• Wi-Fi and AV/video conferencing systems

• CCTV, biometric systems, and access control

• IT Security, Firewalls, and Endpoint Protection

• Proven experience in

  team management

  and

  multi-location IT operations

  .
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Mandatory:

  Own a 2-wheeler for travel between locations.
