IT Operations Executive

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive IT Operations Executive to support the organization’s digital transformation process. The candidate will manage and streamline IT systems, support the rollout of Zoho-based platforms, and ensure the smooth functioning of digital operations across all departments and shelters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in digitalization of administrative and operational processes.
• Implement and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, Projects, etc.).
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to staff.
• Coordinate with management for process automation and data integration.
• Maintain IT hardware, software, and data security systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or digital systems management.
• Knowledge of Zoho or other cloud-based platforms preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
