IT Operations Analyst

As an IT Operations Analyst at Redwood Software, your role will involve managing Redwood's IT Equipment and Infrastructure in India. You will provide first-level support to individuals at all levels and collaborate with remote IT members. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the service desk, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the computing environment. Additionally, you will be involved in hardware deployments, maintenance, employee onboarding/offboarding, and training users on various tools and solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Redwood's IT Equipment and Infrastructure in India - Provide first-level support and collaborate with remote IT members - Monitor service desk and resolve or escalate issues according to SLAs - Maintain computing environment, analyze and resolve technical problems - Develop and execute maintenance schedules, maintain inventories, and deploy hardware - Support employee onboarding/offboarding and train users on tools and solutions - Develop and maintain training materials for end-user applications **Qualifications Required:** - Directly related work experience in computer operations environment - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation) - Ability to create, maintain, and update documentation and configurations - Hands-on familiarity with cloud and on-premises products from Microsoft, Atlassian, Slack, and Google - Degree in a relevant field desired; equivalent work experience or certifications required - Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve If you are someone with good technical problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of commuting to the Hyderabad office 5 days a week, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role at Redwood Software may be the perfect fit for you.
