IT Operations Analyst II

At Sabre, your role will involve: - Analyzing and consulting on the implementation and troubleshooting of technology products and applications - Categorizing issues for escalation to the appropriate technical teams - Communicating with system owners/on-call teams and leading operations bridge - Following documented work instructions and operational tasks as per pre-defined processes and procedures - Documenting processes and procedures, including creating Knowledge Transfer documents and run-books - Working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and demonstrating excellent initiative and organizational skills - Handling multiple demands with a sense of urgency and delivering on time - Identifying potential significant incidents and engaging relevant teams for follow-up action - Providing timely response to incidents, outages, and performance alerts - Documenting all actions in accordance with company policies - Investigating and diagnosing all Incidents and Service - Committing to 24x7 shift schedules and actively supporting high uptime requirements - Participating in Tech Bridges actively and engaging teams promptly - Ensuring platform availability and addressing operational issues in line with internal and customer SLAs - Serving as a knowledge resource on various projects/initiatives across the company - Coordinating infrastructure maintenance and upgrades with Application teams - Assisting in Change Management tasks by coordinating with Release Management and Application teams Your experience should include: - 4+ years of application production support with L1/L2 experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good time-management skills Mandatory Skills: - Hands-on experience with apps hosted on cloud platforms like GCP/AWS - Advanced understanding of Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Network and Computer Operations, and analytical capabilities - DevOps working experience - Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts, OS concepts, and related technologies Nice to have skills: - Advanced understanding of web-based architecture and development techniques - Experience with tools like SharePoint, JIRA, Service Now, puppet/ansible, Splunk, App Dynamics, MQ series, F5, etc. - Experience in complex, high availability systems would be a plus Education: MCA/B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech We appreciate your interest in joining Sabre and will carefully review your application against the position criteria.
