IT Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities: - Analyze and consult on implementation and troubleshooting of technology products/application support - Categorize issues for escalation and communicate with technical teams - Follow documented work instructions and operational tasks - Document processes and procedures - Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment - Demonstrate self-direction, initiative, and organizational skills - Handle multiple demands with urgency and energy - Identify potential significant incidents and engage relevant teams - Provide timely response to incidents, outages, and alerts - Document all actions following company policies - Investigate and diagnose incidents and services - Commit to 24x7 shift schedules and support high uptime requirements - Participate in Tech Bridges and engage teams promptly - Ensure platform availability and address operational issues - Act as a knowledge resource for various projects and customers - Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and upgrades - Assist in Change Management tasks and implementation Experience: - 2+ years of application production support: L1/L2 experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good time-management skills Mandatory Skills: - Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted apps: AWS/GCP - Advanced understanding of Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Network and Computer Operations, and analytical capabilities - DevOps working experience - Knowledge of networking concepts and OS concepts - Familiarity with DNS, OSI model, HTTP/S, SSL certificates, Proxy, Load balancers, Firewalls, etc. Nice to have skills: - Advanced understanding of web-based architecture and development techniques - Experience with tools like SharePoint, JIRA, Service Now, puppet/ansible, Splunk, App Dynamics - Knowledge of MQ series, F5, and high availability systems Education: MCA/B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech Sabre is looking for individuals like you who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a global team environment.
