Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Manager to oversee our organization’s network infrastructure. The role requires expertise in managing, securing, and optimizing networks to ensure seamless connectivity, data security, and high system availability. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, implement best practices, and ensure the smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, VPN, and other network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, and manage the company’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
• Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection measures.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage and maintain servers, switches, routers, and other network hardware/software.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies to support business goals.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for upgrades and support.
• Lead and mentor IT network support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network administration/management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols .
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
