Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing field-level campaigns, handling BTL (Below The Line) activities, managing vendor relationships, and building strong brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline marketing activities including events, exhibitions, and promotional drives.
• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with vendors for print materials, banners, hoardings, and promotional merchandise.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and competitor positioning.
• Manage field teams for execution of local marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
• Monitor marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field/offline marketing.
• Strong planning, team management, and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Experience with BTL activities, on-ground campaigns, and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel for on-site activities and events.
