It Network Manager

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's network infrastructure. This includes ensuring high availability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud, and data communication systems.

External – Vendors of Network

Key Responsibilities: Network Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy scalable and secure network solutions. Oversee installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor network performance (uptime, latency, throughput). Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly. Security & Compliance: Implement network security protocols including segmentation, access control, and patching. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Team & Vendor Management: Project & Budget Oversight: Plan and execute network upgrades and infrastructure projects. Manage network budgets and procurement of equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in network administration or management. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols. Expertise in firewall configuration, VoIP, and SD-WAN technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage escalations and cross-functional collaboration.
