Network Engineer L3 @ Bengaluru (Immediate joiners required)

Greetings!

We are hiring for the following role:

Key Responsibilities:

Network Monitoring & Operations -

Monitor device availability, link uptime, bandwidth, CPU usage, packet drops, syslogs, alerts, and thresholds. -

Maintain network diagrams, connectivity maps, asset inventory, and configuration documentation. -

Manage IP addressing, subnet details, and IOS image repository.

Configuration & Troubleshooting

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, trunk ports, EtherChannel, NAT, routing protocols, DMVPN, IPsec VPN, and client VPN. -

Perform configuration backup/restore, crash recovery, and minor IOS/firmware upgrades. -

Troubleshoot Internet issues, VPN issues, NAT, media converters, and wireless guest access.

ISP & Bandwidth Management

Log, track, and coordinate ISP issues till closure. -

Conduct throughput/bandwidth analysis and recommend upgrades. - Review monthly link performance and provide availability/bandwidth trend reports.

Firewall Management

Monitor firewall availability and performance. -

Manage firewall rules, NAT, IPS policies, antivirus policies, and VPN configurations. -

Perform minor OS/firmware upgrades and troubleshoot access or slowness issues. -

Track configuration changes and maintain policy documentation.

Compliance & Support -

Support mitigation of VA/PT observations.

- Coordinate with vendors during project rollouts and new device installations.

- Implement network best practices and ensure secure and stable operations.

Skills & Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in enterprise networking.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols.

- Experience with SNMP, NetFlow, HSRP, STP, NAC, and load balancing. - Certifications such as CCNP preferred.
