IT Network Engineer

Reports to: IT Manager

Location: Field + HO (Chennai) (travel as required)

About the Role

We are hiring an IT & Network Executive to support our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations across locations. This role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, maintaining assets, and ensuring minimal downtime for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across locations
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, connectivity, and end-user issues
• Coordinate with service providers/vendors for repairs and maintenance
• Maintain IT asset records and support preventive maintenance activities
• Provide remote/field support to ensure business continuity
• Follow SOPs and maintain clear updates on issues and resolutions

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computers, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel and handle field-level support
• Good communication, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Ownership mindset with quick response attitude
• Prior IT support experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
