Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports using advanced Excel functions such as COUNTIF, SUMIF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting.
Develop and maintain complex formulas, dashboards, and charts to visualize KPIs and business trends effectively.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant insights.
Generate financial and operational reports periodically for management reviews and decision-making.
Maintain and update financial records, operational data, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Perform quality checks on reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management presentations.
Coordinate with vendors for invoice collection, validation, and processing to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist in automating manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
