1. Hands-on with MS Intune.
2. Must be fluent and have exposure to Azure and Intune infrastructure experience.
3. Hands-on experience in software distribution, patch management using Intune.
4. MECM co-management, Autopilot, Azure AD cloud-based endpoint management workloads.
5. Migration experience from SCCM to Intune.
6. Azure AD GPOs policies refresh for existing infrastructure.
7. Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of MECM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
8. Ability to provide recommendations around MECM vs Intune and/or hybrid implementations. Assist and improve processes related to day-to-day MECM service delivery.
9. Device management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft BitLocker.
10. Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
11. Understanding of vulnerability reports and mitigation of risk by applying relevant patches as part of the patch management procedure.
12. Knowledge on server/network security.
13. Knowledge on Azure update management point for vulnerability/patch management.
14. Must have good scripting knowledge such as PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch.
15. SLA adherence for patch management.
16. Experience with MECM disaster recovery.
17. Good to have knowledge on AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
18. Must have knowledge on Adaptiva, Lansweeper tools.
19. Should be able to resolve the tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams.
20. Experience in incident, change, and problem management processes.
21. Knowledge on ITIL processes.
22. Expertise in package deployment, software updates, OSD with troubleshooting.
23. VB scripting and knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
24. Good communication skills.
25. Unattended OS build knowledge.
26. Good troubleshooting skills of OS build and document writing.
27. Experience in architecture/design of Windows Server infrastructure.
28. Good in capacity management.
