Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for end-user hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of peripherals like barcode printers, network printers, and document scanners First-level diagnosis and escalation of hardware issues Replace or repair faulty components in coordination with vendors if required Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolution as per SLA
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support (preferably with exposure to hardware troubleshooting) Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and device drivers Hands-on experience with printers/scanners Ability to work in a 246 environment on a rotational basis
