Job Description

1. Ensure required resources as per schedule. 2. Ensure 100% schedule compliance of line wise & cycle times. 3. Planning of P. M schedules coordinating with maintenance team to reduce the down time. 4. Effective utilization of Manpower, resources to achieve the set targets. 5. Coordinating with plate preparation scheduling team and get the effective product mix to achieve more no of products. 6. Ensure the setup approval checks, Lab reports, Process as per WI from every shift starting/Type changing. 7. Ensuring the process as per specification & control plan. 8. Ensuring online production of batteries as per work order. 9. Monitoring daily targeted rejection trend and compensate with additional production. 10. Small group activities like QCC/Six/CIPS sigma. 11. Ensure the availability of PPE to achieve 100% compliance
12. Planning operators leave managements with available manpower. 13. Involving and Ensuring 5S activities in Section 14. Identify and organize the training needs for operators
