Job Description

.Job Title: IT Manager (SAP)

Department: IT

Work Location : Tirupur

Managing and supporting all the SAP operations in JGH for various functions like Planning, production, Finance, Warehouse etc.
Troubleshooting and fixing the issues reported by SAP users in JGH.
Provide the required technical training to the end users of SAP
SAP role level access management and control to make sure that the data security guidelines are followed.
Implementation additional business process through SAP so that most of the manual process can be avoided. Eg. Picklist generation through SAP.
Article creation & Maintenance in SAP in collaboration with business & technical team to ensure correct values for all fields are maintained.
Serves as the SPOC for SAP related issues / enhancement requests; Coordinate third party vendor to make the required changes in the SAP system.
Manages all SAP support executives to ensure SAP needs are being met in compliance with quality standards.
Routinely audit data against established rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, and update data as necessary.
All SAP issues to be tracked and resolved with the defined SLA.
Prepare documentation for SAP activities for various functions so that everyone is aware of the process used for day-to-day SAP operations.
Implement best practices in the team so that we can continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the deliverables
Implementation of latest version like S/4 HANA and Analytical tools like Tableau
Work with other technical vendors in terms SAP integration to other systems
