Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support

1. Provide end-to-end IT support for Head OAice employees across hardware, software, email, network, and business applications.
2. Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLA and coordinate with L1/L2 teams for escalations.
3. Deliver priority support to VVIP stakeholders with high confidentiality and proactive service

IT Asset & Procurement Management

1. Manage the full lifecycle of IT assetsprocurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
2. Maintain accurate asset inventories and compliance with IT policies.
3. Finalize hardware specifications, evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost eAective procurement.

New Store Rollouts (LED, CCTV & Network)

1. Lead IT setup for new store openings including LEDs, Active LED screens, CCTV systems, network infrastructure, and POS connectivity. Coordinate with Projects, and Vendors to ensure seamless execution and on-time go-live.
2. Perform pre-launch IT readiness checks and validations.

E-Waste & Compliance

1. Oversee responsible disposal of obsolete IT hardware in line with government regulations.
2. Coordinate with authorized e-waste vendors and manage audit-ready documentation.

Onboarding & Ticket Management

1. Ensure IT readiness for new joinerslaptop setup, email, domain access, MFA, etc.
2. Conduct IT orientation in partnership with HR.
3. Monitor and review hardware-related tickets in Zoho Desk, ensuring timely closure and identifying recurring issues.

AV & Event Support

1. Manage AV/VC setup and maintenance for meeting rooms, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
2. Provide full IT and AV support for external events, exhibitions, board meetings, and oAsite sessionsincluding Wi-Fi, presentations, conferencing, and backup setups.
