Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage access requests for various in-scope applications as part of the IT Access Management process.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of system access.
Perform IT audit testing for assigned applications and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Coordinate with team members and process owners to gather required information and meet audit timelines.
Review and maintain documentation for access management controls and related processes.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and general IT operations.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in D365 and support invoice submission activities.
Provide basic IT, desktop, and application support as required.
Monitor network devices and links, escalating issues where necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant role

Understanding of IT access management principles and user lifecycle processes.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and IT support.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to follow processes, document findings, and adhere to timelines.
Willingness to learn and grow within IT operations and audit-related activities.
