Plan, coordinate, and manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals including support staff, system administrators, and developers.
Ensure the security of IT systems and data through robust cybersecurity policies and tools.
Manage IT-related budgets, including hardware, software, licensing, and staffing.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee system installations, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
Create and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Provide high-level support for escalated technical issues and service disruptions.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
(Preferred) Master’s degree in IT Management or Business Administration.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in IDS Software.
Proficient in network and system administration.
Experience with cloud platforms .
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
