We are committed to sustainable innovation and are building state-of-the-art recycling infrastructure in Eastern India. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our information technology infrastructure, including ERP management, network security, hardware/software administration, and support for factory and corporate operations. The role will be critical in ensuring seamless IT operations for both our head office and industrial facility. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all IT systems including servers, networks, ERP, and security tools Lead the implementation, integration, and support of ERP and production software systems Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems are in place and functioning Monitor and support IT operations across offices and factory infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers Ensure IT compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Train and support staff in the effective use of IT systems Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup Hands-on experience with ERP systems (inventory, production, and finance modules preferred) Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, server management, and cloud-based systems Excellent problem-solving and project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
