We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing technical team and support the development and operation of our recycling infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for recycling plant operations, including automation, control panels, and safety systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery and electrical infrastructure. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, including diagrams, reports, and compliance records. Optimize energy usage through electrical load analysis and system improvements. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement and execution of electrical works. Key Skills Required: Electrical circuit design and troubleshooting PLC programming and automation systems Power distribution and load calculations Preventive and corrective maintenance Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., BIS, IEC, IEEE) Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical), MS Office, and design software Familiarity with industrial control systems and instrumentation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 25 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant-based settings Hands-on experience in maintenance, installation, and electrical project execution Familiarity with clean energy, recycling, or heavy industrial processes (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in battery recycling, chemical processing, or clean energy projects Certifications in electrical safety, energy auditing, or industrial automation
