IT Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades, along with the ability to effectively support and communicate with end-users. A valid CCNA or CCNP certification and a Bachelor’s degree in BCA or B.Tech is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to reduce downtime.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and enterprise applications.
• Manage network-related issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) using CCNA/CCNP-level expertise.
• Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and software installations.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, user accounts, and access controls.
• Train end-users and create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and track IT inventory including hardware assets and software licenses.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT professionals or vendors as necessary.
• Manage support tickets in systems like ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
