Job Description

Lead and manage the IT department, including systems administrators, help desk staff, and other technical roles. Oversee the maintenance and security of networks, servers, and technology systems (on-premise and cloud). Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Provide technical support and direction for all company hardware and software issues. Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and software partners. Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
