Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products, services, or promotions. You will also handle inbound queries and maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries. Provide accurate information about products or services. Maintain customer records by updating information in the database. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent call schedule. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.
