IT Manager (Infrastructure & Operations)

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & IT Governance • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives. • Lead digital transformation initiatives and IT modernization programs. • Define and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Lead compliance initiatives related to IT security standards and regulatory requirements. Infrastructure & Cloud Management • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (EUC, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup). • Manage platforms such as Office 365, and G-Suite. • Handle virtualization technologies like Hyper-V, VMware Cybersecurity & Risk Management • Implement and maintain security platforms such as firewall, endpoint protection (Kaspersky), SIEM, WAF (Radware), Nessus/Tenable vulnerability management, etc. • Manage and monitor SOC operations, logs, alerts, threat detection, and incident response. • Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans. Operational Excellence • Lead IT operations including service desk, endpoint management, and IT support. • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems and networks. • Establish KPIs and SLAs for IT performance and end-user satisfaction. Team & Vendor Management • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional IT team. • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification: • Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent. Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus. Technical Expertise: • Network & Infrastructure Design, AD, DNS, DHCP • SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, DLP • Cloud: O365, G-Suite • Hyper-V, VMware • ITSM Tools and IT Ticketing Systems • Budgeting, Procurement & Asset Management Soft Skills: • Strategic thinking and decision-making • Strong communication and leadership • Crisis and stakeholder management • Analytical mind-set with a detail-oriented approach
