Job Description

As an IT Manager, your role will involve overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functioning of systems, providing tech support, and implementing best IT practices. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining hardware, software, and networks company-wide. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and troubleshooting hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, routers, etc. - Overseeing software installations, updates, and licenses. - Implementing and enforcing data security protocols and backup strategies. - Providing technical support and training to internal teams. - Coordinating with external vendors for equipment purchases and servicing. - Ensuring smooth functioning of email, cloud storage, and internal communication tools. - Maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation. - Supporting in setting up IT systems for new employees. - Ensuring minimal downtime and immediate resolution of critical issues. - Being available to travel to other offices or event locations when required. Preferred qualifications for this role include certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or similar. Experience working in a multi-location or startup environment would be an advantage.
