N8N

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Integration

• Design and implement intelligent business workflows using N8N with MCP integration for AI agent orchestration
• Build AI-powered CRM automation including lead scoring, customer sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing
• Create smart SCM workflows with predictive inventory management and AI-driven supplier selection
• Develop intelligent HRM processes including resume screening, performance analytics, and automated onboarding
• Implement MCP-based API integrations that leverage AI for data transformation and decision-making
• Deploy AI agents for real-time monitoring, error handling, and self-healing workflow systems

Mobile Application & IoT Integration

• Collaborate with IoT team to define mobile app requirements for vehicle connectivity and user management
• Integrate ERP data with mobile applications for real-time business operations
• Support deployment of mobile apps for field service, sales teams, and customer portals
• Implement data synchronization between mobile apps, IoT devices, and backend systems
• Ensure mobile app integration with vehicle telematics and charging infrastructure

AI-First Development & Process Automation

• Lead AI-driven development initiatives to reduce traditional coding and testing manpower by 60-70%
• Establish best practices for AI programming, prompt engineering, and automated code generation
• Build and maintain custom MCP servers for seamless AI agent integration across business systems
• Implement AI-powered testing frameworks for continuous integration and automated quality assurance
• Create AI workflows for code review, bug detection, and performance optimization
• Train team members on AI programming techniques and MCP integration methodologies
• Develop documentation and standards for AI-assisted development processes

Required Technical Skills

Model Context Protocol (MCP) & AI Integration

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation and server development
• Expert knowledge of AI programming paradigms and prompt engineering for complex business logic
• Experience building custom MCP servers for enterprise system integration
• Understanding of AI agent orchestration and multi-model workflows
• Knowledge of AI model APIs (Claude, GPT, local LLMs) and their integration patterns
• Experience with AI-powered testing frameworks and automated quality assurance systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 6-10 years of IT experience with strong development background
• 3+ years in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments with resource constraints

Business Leadership & AI Strategy

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced technical solutions
• Strong project management with experience leading AI-first development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for explaining AI capabilities to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in AI vendor management and integration of third-party AI services
• Ability to independently drive AI transformation initiatives while building internal AI capabilities
