IT Manager

Job Title:

• IT Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals and drive digital transformation.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation.

• Infrastructure & Operations Management:

• Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and procurement.

• Security & Compliance:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies, risk management, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC, etc.).

• Project Management:

• Lead IT projects (ERP/CRM upgrades, cloud migrations, automation).
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs.
• Provide technical guidance to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automation tools.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 security policies and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors/masters in computer science, IT, or related field.

• Experience:

  7+ years in IT management, with expertise in infrastructure, security, and team leadership.

• Technical Skills:

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, cybersecurity.
• ERP/CRM systems, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS-based laptops.
• Proficiency in administering Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Good understanding of IT policies, compliance, and security frameworks.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
