Position Overview: As a DevOps and AWS Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure our systems are scalable, resilient, and secure. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure using best practices. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AWS services. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible CI/CD Pipeline Development: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like AzureDevOps, GitLab CI. Security and Compliance: Integrate automated testing, security scans, and other quality gates into the CI/CD process. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance. Automation and Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Lambda). Develop and manage custom automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Set up alerts and dashboards using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for incidents. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services. Provide support for production environments, including on-call support as needed. Assist in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, including IAM roles, security groups, and encryption. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and AWS. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Proven experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AzureDevOps. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Proficiency of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
