Job Title: IT Executive – Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
• Support IT team in daily administrative tasks and system monitoring.
• Troubleshoot system errors and network connectivity issues.
• Help maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.
• Assist in data backup, system updates, and security compliance.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and IT processes as needed.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and IT support tools.
• Any internship or project experience in IT support or networking will be an added advantage.
